Plough Inn, Hayton; Proprietor "A E Staveley"Evidently, James Richardson left the Plough Inn to his daughter, Ann, after his death. The image to the right is from a photograph taken presumably around the turn of the 20th Century. This shows the doorway of the Plough Inn, and the sign hanging above the door shows the proprietor as "A E Staveley". This would be Thomas Saltmarshe Staveley's wife Ann.
